SUSHRUT G. BAPAT, FOUNDER & CEO
Sushrut is a mechanical engineer and product innovator with over 18 years of experience spanning energy, transportation, and robotics. As founding engineer and Chief Engineer at Exowatt, he shaped the company’s technology, culture, and team—driving product design efforts that secured significant investor backing and rapid growth. Previously, at SunPower Corporation, he led the mechanical and structural design of advanced solar and energy storage systems, taking products from concept to high-volume manufacturing and field deployment. With a PhD in Mechanical Engineering and 30+ patents filed, Sushrut specializes in turning bold ideas into market-ready products through expert design, analysis, and manufacturing.
